Roster Role: 5.30 PM Lock up

This role requires you to:

• Walk through all areas of the church to ensure they are clean and tidy, particularly take notice of: papers, crumbs and washing up in amongst the pews or on the bookshelves under the pews; lost property; toys not put away around the place.
• Check the floors in all areas for spot vacuuming or sweeping, especially the Foyer and entry area.
• Check that the toilets have been left in a suitable state.
• Double-check that everything that needs to be turned off has been turned off, including: the back wall TV, the projector, the sound system, etc.
• Double-check that the Music Store Room is locked.
• Turn the Foyer TV off, the remote is near all the light switches.
• Turn all the fans & lights off, including the stage lights, the car park lights, the heaters and the outside lights over the grassed area.
• Check that all doors and windows are locked.
• Confirm that the Office alarm has been activated and the doors locked.
• Set the alarm and leave via the self-locking door in the Hall, closing it behind you.
